Scope and contents:	Includes all elements of raw data captured and information collected as part of the institution systematic process which relates to the gathering of student feedback on learning experiences and rating of instruction assessments for the dissemination of aggregated data, reports and results.

As of 2012 all raw data of SLEQs has been captured in electronic format. Any records and information related to the capture and receipt of feedback of student learning experiences as outlined in former policies, preceding 2012, is to be managed in accordance with the above retentions. Aggregated data, dissemination of, and released reports are only available from the Centre for Learning and Teaching for the duration the raw data is retained. These cannot be regenerated after the retention of the raw data has been met. It is the responsibility of the recipients to maintain the records accordingly.
